Rural Albanians abandon the countryside in search of work
A crew of men near Novosej, Albania, go to work. They are working to construct a better road to the villages. This is one of the few jobs available other than agriculture in the rural area. In the past year a wave of people have left villages like Novosej looking for work in the European Union but many are sent back to Albania as Germany has labeled it a "safe" country.
