Knot by Knot
Neriman Muhammed worked as an accountant in Syria. She now lives at the Adiyaman Refugee Camp in southern Turkey with her family. One of her few options for earning money is through weaving with the Anka Cooperative, a social enterprise with a mission to create a path to self-empowerment for Syrian women refugees through the creation of fine carpets and traditional crafts.
