Climate change in Zimbabwe

Judith Musarurwa stands amidst her family's field of failed crop in Chireya, Zimbabwe. After a year of little to no rain, most families were unable to harvest anything so they struggle to buy basic school supplies, school uniforms and pay school fees, which are $20 per term. In 2015 only 17 percent of the students were able to pay all of the fees. Musarurwa's oldest son is no longer attending school and her three youngest are attending, but she and her husband are unable to pay for their school fees.
