In a procession on Wednesday during Holy Week the images of Jesus of Nazareth, the Virgin Mary, St. John the Baptist and Veronica meet in the plaza of Ayacucho, Peru, in what is called "El Encuentro" in Spanish. The floats were made by the Alarcon family who has been preparing religious floats for five generations.
